Col. Chris Hadfield of the Canadian Space Agency visited the Ontario Science Centre and spoke about some of the very human aspects of space travel.

Thank you so much for the feature YouTube…minutes before this was recorded I said to Chris Hadfield that I wanted to put his video on the internet and make him famous…(a joke…since he is already famous). He is a terrific guy and a great Canadian scientist.

    by the time the poo burns up in the atmoshpere it is harmless because all the bad bacteria that gets you sick is dead because they exposed it to space. And the extreme heat of the poo through the atmosphere doesn’t allow any new bacteria to form.
