This was created for the Post-It Notes video contest. It didn’t win…actually, they didn’t like the content. Boo-Hoo… Comedian Lisa Corrao battles an evil toilet! *Based On A True Story* One camera, one girl, one toilet… I made this video for the Post-It Notes contest. I spent about 9 million hours shooting and editing this 2 minute video. I shot it with a Canon GL2, edited it with Adobe Premiere Elements, and the sound was created with Digital Juice software…All of the music is royalty free.

LOL awesome. I hate those sensor toilets lol
I would watch Lisa Corrao in anything! Even a short film that takes place in a bathroom!
ive seen this…….still funny
@favoritescollection
lol! yes! That was my intention!
I made my HAL from a little pencil box, a front door peephole, and a red light…then I zip-tied it in place.
…thank you for the funny comment
That red light at 0:40 looks like HAL from the film 2001 Space Odyessy…
“Hello Dave”
“Please flush the toilet HAL”
“I’m sorry Dave, but I can’t do that”
“Why not?”
“Because you’re still sitting on it Dave”
“Thats mighty considerate of you Hal”
“Yes……. “
Well done and music was perfect!
pisses me off too!
Lisa, cool video. 5 stars from me. Please check my video when you have time.
lol. We had the same idea. Yours was very well done!
One of the few good entries. Clever, funny, and well put together.
Feel free to check ours out.
haha, very funny and well done video. The evil toilet is a great character. Clever use for postit notes, goodluck with the contest. hope you’ll take a look at my submission.
More of this please….
cautious for paper cuts. lol
we are all confused about that last tab. i wrote them an email about it… but have had no reply- i am sure they are super swamped with all the emails and submissions. i guess we will have to wait and find out.
Small paper, but so many uses
Thank you John!
Very Kubrick with the glowing red eye of watery judgment. I like!
I see. I can understand if they don’t approve mine, but what could possibly be wrong with yours. Maybe they just haven’t gotten to ours yet. Please let me know if yours gets in there! THanks!!!
When you go to the Post-it YouTube page, there are tabs for “home,” “submit,” and “view.” If you click on view, you can see the submissions, and even search the approved submissions. I thought I was being paranoid as well, but they are adding videos to that section each time they log in, but not all of the videos you can find by searching “post it notes,” sorting by date, and viewing the videos people claim are contest entries. And they didn’t add ours. Yes, I am a bit obsessive.
Oh…like in their favorites? They have the same 68 videos there that they’ve had for like 2 weeks or more. Perhaps you’re worrying too much. I think you’re in once you get that page.
Yeah, that is all there is to it. But then someone has to manually add your video to the viewing area on the Post-it YouTube page. That, I suppose, is how we know we are actually in the contest and not disqualified for one reason or another.
when I clicked the link, another confirmation page popped up. I thought it that’s all there was to it.
Yeah, I even clicked the link.
And then weeks went by and they approved a bunch of other videos that were submitted after ours. We just resubmitted it a few days ago, hoping it was just an oversight.
ohhh, did you get a confirmation email after you submitted yours?
Well, they have yet to approve anyone who has used the “post-its as TP” concept, and you are like the twentieth (although, the only one who has done so tastefully). They haven’t even approved our video yet, though we’re not sure why exactly. It seems like they are being very picky in some cases. I will be shocked if they approve your video, sadly.
