GMTA, I sent an email back to you just a few minutes ago! While I am not a professional animal behaviorist and the tips I provide may not be appropriate for your particular circumstances, I can tell you some of the things that have worked for others. Young cats can have difficultly with some of the coordination needed in training, you can never go too slow for a kitten. I’m not sure I’ve actually heard of a successful training under 6 months, so do keep in touch and let us know how it goes!

I emailed you about 2 days ago, no response yet, maybe it’s better to ask you in this forum. My cat is 4 months old. He has been very good with the litter bowl in the toilet for the past 4 days; how long until I place the sturdy cardboard underneath the toilet lid? Thanks

the only way to go, my loved cat caught aids because i let her out to toilet. my 2 kittens will never have to go outside, only to their out-side catery.

My concern would be if the pan could hold the weight of your cat and feel “stable” for her when she is sitting inside. Let us know how it works!

We’ve had a lot of recent emails about indoor/outdoor kitties. In some cases, as long as the cat had an indoor litter box the training was the same. But if the cat was used to going outside for her business then it seemed almost counter productive to try and toilet train her. Good luck!

Awesome. Does this work with Cats who go out of the home once a day? My cat goes out just once a day. For about two hours. Will this work still? Or should I try keeping him indoors completely? Thank you for your time.

    oh wow! AWESOME tutorial :)

Only complaint is that your voice isn’t loud enough so when I turned the volume up to hear it scared the crap out of me when the music came on lol

If I can’t find the right size bowl can I use an alluinim turkey pan? I saw that on another video. Thanks for making the video. Yours is the most helpful out of all the videos I have watched.

I’ve not noticed that to be a problem. Certainly not in comparison to how bad litter boxes smell! ;-)

alrighty, where is the tutorial to teach my kitten to flush? lol
Does it smell without flushing? Like if I go out in the morning, does it smell bad when I come back at night?

This video is well done at a good pace for the average person. Not everyone is a fast learner. I understand what your saying, I am a fast learner too, but I am humble enough to realize that everyone should be given the opportunity to understand what is being said/shown. There are alot of Edith Bunkers out there. ;)

I’ve never heard of ‘fuckin toilets’ (oh the horror of that thought), lol.
