   Exactly, kids have very little to be proud (or at all) when they’re growing up unless a grown up tells them to be. What seems like “duh” to us as adults is a big deal for small children.

   Boogeyman, have you ever potty trained a kid? If you are not super happy the first few times they do it right the kid will not care. If the kid doesn’t care then they will keep on going in their diapers.
