Well, that was a joke, you notice that I agreed with the ruling, but I disagree with judge Judy way of handling the cases, but since this is for TV, that’s how they do it. I like to watch and I enjoy, but thinking if all judges act like that in courts would be disaster. lawyers will quit! so maybe not too much bad thing after all, isn’t it?
No, in that case you would have direct evidence and a doctor (an expert), showing that she was directly responsible for the breaking of your leg.
The whole thing in this case is lack of evidence. There’s no evidence the toilet didn’t wear out or she did anything to cause unreasonable force, and no one was in the bathroom but her.
the plaintiff got what she deserved..to get owned on national television because of her stupidity.
That plaintiff is outright insulting the defendent because of her weight. It’s obvious.
